I build CRM and follow-up systems for small businesses, and stick around to run them.

Set up properly, built around how you actually work, with someone on the end of the phone when you need them.

the problem

sound familiar?

Most small businesses don't lose work because they're bad at the job. They lose it because nobody chased it.

what I build

what I actually build

A pipeline that shows what's in flight

Every enquiry, quote and job in one place. You can see what's worth chasing and what's gone cold.

Enquiries that land automatically

Website forms, phone calls and ad leads all go straight into the system instead of an inbox.

Follow-up that runs itself

Instant reply when someone enquires. Automatic chasing if they go quiet. Reminders so nothing gets forgotten.

Email to the people you've already got

Past customers, old enquiries, people who nearly bought. Most businesses never contact them again.

who it's for

who this suits

This works best for owner-run businesses with roughly four to ten people, where enough enquiries are coming in that keeping track of them actually matters.

If you're on your own and handling three enquiries a week, you probably don't need this yet. If you've got a team and things are slipping through, that's the point where it pays for itself.

proof

some of what I've built

Bright Star Solutions
Utilities broker
~£1,800 a year saved

A pipeline for tracking deals, a custom form for gathering client details on site, and automated reminders for contract renewals so nothing lapses. Consolidated several separate tools into one.

Farmers Eye
Security systems
~£3,000 a year saved

A CRM built alongside their existing job management software, plus a custom integration so jobs created in one system file automatically into the other. Email marketing to their existing customer base.

Designer Cocktails
Events
400 sign-ups in weeks

A "what's your cocktail personality" quiz built as a lead magnet. Around 400 sign-ups in the first few weeks, straight into an email list.

custom work

the bits other people can't do

Most of what I do is standard setup. Some of it isn't.

GoHighLevel to ServiceM8, synced

A live integration I built so jobs sync automatically between the two systems, no double entry.

A voice AI that books the job

It answers the phone, checks real availability against the calendar, and books the job in. No human involved.

Custom quiz funnels

Lead-capture quizzes that gather what you need before anyone picks up the phone.

If you've got two systems that don't talk to each other, or something that should be automatic and isn't, that's usually solvable.

services

what else I do

The CRM and follow-up system is the core. These are the other pieces I build and run for owner-run businesses, on their own or alongside it.

pricing

what it costs

Setup
from £750

Building the system around how your business works, plus training so your team actually uses it. More involved builds are quoted after a proper conversation.

Ongoing
£129 a month

The platform, me on hand for questions, and anything that breaks gets fixed. No per-user charges. Add as many people as you like.

Everything else quoted separately. Integrations, ad management, email marketing, custom builds.

I hold the agency licence, so the platform comes at cost rather than the £79-plus-per-user pricing you'd pay going direct.
